# FreeWIS Native App Supplement **Effective for FreeWIS native v1 in the United States · Adopted September 16, 2026.** This supplement identifies the initial FreeWIS native release for iPhone, iPad and Android, including any Apple compatibility distribution of the same iPad binary. It does not announce that either store release is available before HCT completes the applicable distribution process. ## 1. Parties, release scope and document priority This supplement is between you individually and **Hudson Consulting and Training, LLC** ("HCT"), whose mailing address is 7765 Wadsworth Blvd #740433, Arvada, CO 80006. It covers only the FreeWIS native v1 clients identified below (each a "Client"). Each Client provides access to hosted FreeWIS PLAY, including its AI assistant within the synthetic demonstration. The release is limited to the United States and is free to download. It contains no advertising, in-app purchase, subscription or paid CHAT feature. Standalone CHAT remains a separate browser-only service. A Windows client is not included in this native v1 release. The Client is not an agency production system, a source delivery or authority to enter real case information. The [FreeWIS Terms of Service](https://freewis.com/terms), particularly Sections 1–2, 5, 11 and 14–17, govern the hosted service and this supplement's relationship to it. The [PLAY Evaluation Access Agreement](https://freewis.com/agreement) also applies when you enter PLAY. The [Privacy Notice](https://freewis.com/privacy) describes processing and is acknowledged, not incorporated as a separate contract or waiver of privacy rights. Before licensed use under this supplement, the presented action must identify this supplement and the common Terms and obtain your affirmative acceptance; the Privacy Notice is separately acknowledged. A download or sign-in alone does not supply that acceptance. The exact versions presented with acceptance identify your bundle. This supplement controls a conflict only for its expressly identified client-license or distribution subject. Applicable mandatory law and mandatory platform rules remain controlling. No general precedence sentence removes a consumer right or an independent third-party component license. The separate [FreeWIS custom Apple EULA](https://freewis.com/apple-eula) supplies the license for the Apple Client and controls a conflict about that Client's binary, Apple distribution or the subjects it expressly identifies. This supplement supplies the Android Client license below. Apple's Standard EULA is not selected as a competing license layer. ## 2. Android client license For the Android Client, HCT grants you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use its executable client on devices you own or are authorized to control, subject to this supplement, the common Terms and applicable Google Play distribution rules. This is permission to use the identified public client, not a sale of HCT intellectual property, a source-code license or a perpetual hosted-service entitlement. You may make copies necessary for permitted installation, operation and backup where applicable distribution rules allow them. Do not redistribute or sublicense HCT's client, sell access, share an account, remove notices, or modify or reverse engineer HCT-owned components except as expressly permitted by law or an applicable license. These restrictions do not curtail rights granted directly under third-party or open-source licenses. Those licenses and required notices control their own materials. The license permits only the hosted functions available to your account. Installing a Client does not approve PLAY admission, accept the legal bundle, authorize standalone CHAT, confer source rights, or bind an employer or agency. ## 3. Exact native v1 clients ### Apple Client The Apple Client is **FreeWIS**, bundle identifier `com.freewis.app`, version **1.0**, build **3**. It supports iPhone and iPad on iOS or iPadOS 15 and later and is distributed through Apple's App Store for the United States. The same iPad-compatible binary may be offered on supported Apple-silicon Macs through Apple compatibility distribution; it remains the Apple Client governed by the custom FreeWIS Apple EULA, not a separate macOS build. Its download price is free. A Windows client is excluded. The Apple Client uses Sign in with Apple and automatically requests the supported native age-range result once on the age screen. The Client sends only the bounded age-range and regulatory result needed by the FreeWIS admission check. A shared adult range does not replace the person's adult declaration. An unavailable or declined response, ordinary error or ambiguous range does not itself authorize admission. When no known-minor result and no positive retained mandatory Apple requirement exists, the person may select **“I am 18 or older,”** and FreeWIS records assurance `self-declared-native-fallback`—a self-declared native fallback, not Apple-verified adulthood. A known minor remains denied. A positive requirement for age verification or range sharing, parental consent or adult notification remains blocked until satisfied and cannot be erased by a later unavailable or failed result. FreeWIS does not request an exact date of birth by default. ### Android Client The Android Client is **FreeWIS**, application and package identifier `com.freewis.app`, version name **1.0**, version code **1**. It supports Android API 24 and later and targets API 36. It is distributed through Google Play for the United States as a free Business app for adults 18 and over. The release contains no advertising or in-app purchases. The Google Play release uses the adults-only target audience, Restrict Minor Access and Play Age Signals where available. The Client automatically requests the Play result once on the native age screen and passes the FreeWIS admission service only a shared/not-shared/verification-required/error result and nullable lower and upper age bounds. The service retains the resulting adult, minor or verification-required decision with its platform, policy version and check time rather than retaining the raw bounds. A shared adult range does not replace the person's adult declaration. A not-shared result, ordinary error or ambiguous range does not itself authorize admission. When no known-minor result, no positive retained mandatory Play requirement and no unresolved unclassified prior verification hold exists, the person may select **“I am 18 or older,”** and FreeWIS records assurance `self-declared-native-fallback`—a self-declared native fallback, not Google-verified adulthood. A known minor remains denied. A positive Play verification requirement remains blocked until satisfied and cannot be erased by a later not-shared or failed result. An unresolved prior Android verification hold remains closed on a generic error until a current result resolves it; a current not-shared response can permit fallback only when it reports and preserves no positive requirement. FreeWIS does not request an exact date of birth by default. ## 4. Updates, availability and hosted controls HCT may provide or require a supported Client version to maintain access, address security issues or preserve compatibility. An update or security challenge does not itself establish that you accepted changed terms; material changes follow the Terms' notice and affirmative-acceptance rules. No specific support period, update frequency, feature permanence or uninterrupted availability is promised unless an expressly applicable commitment states it. For hosted PLAY, HCT may employ rate limiting, web application firewalls, bot prevention, access controls and other technological or administrative restrictions. You must not evade or interfere with them. HCT may block requests, restrict features, suspend or terminate access and pursue remedies available under the Terms and applicable law. These measures do not guarantee security or uninterrupted service. Changes to hosted features, availability, allowances and pricing remain subject to Terms Section 11, required notice, applicable platform rules and existing paid commitments. Installing, updating or signing into a Client does not authorize a charge. This supplement establishes no future paid price, allowance, subscription or entitlement. ## 5. Data, AI processing and account actions The common Privacy Notice covers information HCT processes through the Client. Apple and Google separately process app downloads, updates, device/store-account information and related distribution information under their own terms and practices. A binary license is not blanket permission for undisclosed data collection. The AI assistant is AI. Within PLAY, it may use HCT-curated knowledge materials and the offered synthetic demonstration records and tools, without general web search. Client distribution does not remove these boundaries or authorize real-case decisions. Before the first protected AI request, FreeWIS presents the version-bound [third-party AI disclosure](https://freewis.com/ai-disclosure) and requires the person's separate affirmative permission. A person may refuse or later stop future AI processing while retaining access to the other available account actions. Already-started requests may finish. The Client provides an in-app account-deletion request with a receipt reference and status history. It also links the public [account and data deletion notice](https://freewis.com/account-deletion), [Privacy Notice](https://freewis.com/privacy) and [support](https://freewis.com/support). The AI interface provides a report action for an authenticated person to report an AI output tied to the message and conversation. Support remains available when an in-app route cannot be used. Client removal, account deletion and PLAY retirement are different actions. Removing the Client does not itself delete hosted records. Necessary retained evidence, lawful holds, protected backups and provider copies follow the Privacy Notice and the verified lifecycle and recovery process. ## 6. Store distribution and support HCT operates FreeWIS. Apple or Google's distribution of a Client does not imply sponsorship, professional validation or government approval. Do not infer that a store operates the AI assistant or bears HCT's independent service obligations. Mandatory store responsibilities and consumer remedies remain unaffected. Because native v1 has no purchase, subscription or paid CHAT feature, it has no purchase-management, restoration, alternative-billing or external-purchase-link flow. Removing the Client cannot cancel a transaction that this release does not offer. Contact **freewis.support@hudsonct.com** or **+1 785-840-7710** for HCT support, privacy requests and service questions. HCT may coordinate with the identified platform on platform-controlled issues. No response deadline, service level or ongoing support entitlement is created here. FreeWIS and support are not emergency or abuse-reporting channels; use the relevant emergency or child-protective authorities. ## 7. Ending the client license and service access You may stop using and uninstall the Client. HCT may restrict service access as allowed by the common Terms and may terminate the Android client license for a material breach, subject to applicable law and any required notice or platform commitment. Following effective termination, cease using HCT's licensed Android client and remove its operational copies. This does not require destruction of copies you may lawfully retain or use under independent component licenses, or evidence you must preserve by law. Termination does not itself authorize an extra charge or dispose of hosted personal information. Data requests follow their separate terms and routes. Ownership, necessary lawful retention, accrued obligations and dispute provisions continue to the extent appropriate under the common Terms. ## 8. Liability, disputes and agency exclusion The common Terms' disclaimers, risk allocation and dispute provisions apply to the identified Client and HCT-hosted Public Services as one coordinated allocation. The Protected HCT Parties' combined total liability for the Client, those services, the applicable documents and the person's accounts remains the single amount stated in Terms Section 14, subject to its stated exceptions. It is not a second or stackable cap. This supplement creates no additional cap, release, indemnity, arbitration requirement or waiver. Independent platform rights and mandatory remedies remain intact. The custom Apple EULA applies to the Apple Client as stated above. Nothing here changes the GET no-charge source path, transfers restricted source, modifies a source license, authorizes an excluded vendor or amends an agency agreement. A configured agency-production client belongs to its separate managed distribution and executed agreements. Public store installation is not that transaction.
